1 Literacy Intervention – Initial Code
Building the foundations of reading, spelling, and confidence.
A structured one-on-one program grounded in Sounds-Write and SPELD NSW frameworks. Children learn phonics, decoding, and spelling skills through explicit, sequential instruction.
Focus Areas:
Sound-to-print mapping and blending
Decodable reading and spelling
Vocabulary and sentence-building
Early writing and confidence
